  • Original passport
  • Photocopy of passport data page
  • Photocopy of the Oath of Allegiance (for those who have re-acquired their Philippine citizenship under RA 9225)
  • Fee: GBP 55.00  (in cash or postal money order made out to the Philippine Embassy)

Processing Time: 8-12 weeks after application

Other Consular Services: Check the other requirements for other passport-related applications and services offered by the Philippine Embassy in London.

Claiming the Passport

The new passport can be claimed in different ways and requirements.

Option #1: You can claim the passport in person at the Embassy.

  • Claim stub
  • Official receipt of payment
  • Old passport

Option #2: Your representative can collect the new passport.

  • Authorization letter
  • Representative’s ID
  • Claim stub
  • Applicant’s old passport

Option #3: You can provide a prepaid self-addressed special delivery envelope so that the new passport may be sent to you by post.

Out of the the three options, I would prefer the third option.

But if you happen to live not too far from the Embassy or have accessible transportation, then might as well personally get the passport and treat yourself with a tour in the gardens and museums later on. Even the Queen would agree with the idea.
