There are two ways on how to renew the Philippine Passport in Thailand. Personal appearance of the applicant is required.
Option #1: You can renew the passport at the Philippine Embassy in Bangkok.
Option #2: You can send an email or come as a walk-in client to the Consular Outreach Mission. The Mission will go to different locations in Thailand to provide consular services.

Passport Renewal at the Philippine Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand
Step 1: Go to the Embassy and bring the complete requirements on Monday to Thursday ( 8:30 am – 4:00 pm). No appointment is needed.
- Accomplished e-Passport application form
- Original Philippine passport
- Photocopy of the passport’s data page
- Photocopy of the passport page containing the Thai Immigration stamp (chop) of your last entry to Thailand (Embassy requirement)
- Fee: THB 2,220.00
Processing Time: 6 weeks
Check the additional requirements for the following passport-related services:

- Replacement of damaged or lost passport
- Renewal of passport of minors
- Passport amendment (married women, divorced, annulled, and widow)
- Minor
- Newborn
- Seafarers
Step 2: Check online after 6 weeks if your passport is ready for release. Use the official receipt number for verification. Call the Embassy at 02-2590139 or send the applicant’s full name and date of application to bkkpe.consular@gmail.com if you cannot find the number in the list.
Step 3: Claim the e-Passport at the Philippine Embassy in Thailand and bring the requirements.
- Official receipt
- Old passport for cancellation
Drop the official receipt into the box in Counter 3 and wait for your name to be called.
For those who cannot personally get the new passport, you may assign an authorized person (relative or friend) to claim the passport on your behalf with the additional requirements:
- Authorization letter
- Authorized person’s passport or ID
Note: You can also request through email to claim the passport at the Consular Outreach Mission at least two days in advance.

Step 1: Check the schedule of the Consular Outreach Mission in different locations in Thailand.
Step 2: Check whether you have to send an email to book an appointment or come as a walk-in client.
Step 3: Bring all the requirements on the day of appointment.
