Filipinos can renew the passport at the Philippine Embassy in The Hague, Netherlands. Personal appearance of the applicant is required for all passport applications.
Step 1: Call the Embassy at (+3170) 360-4820 to make an appointment (between 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm).
Step 2: Go to the Embassy and bring the complete requirements.
- Accomplished e-Passport application form
- Original Philippine passport
- Photocopy of the passport’s data page
- Fee: EUR 54.00
Processing Time: 30 to 45 working days
Check the additional requirements for married women, dual citizens, minor, first-time applicants, and those who have lost their passport.
Step 3: Check online if your passport is ready for release.
Step 4: Claim the e-Passport at the Philippine Embassy in The Hague. Bring the old passport for cancellation. After verifying the applicant’s identity through signature, the new and old passport will be returned.
