Not that far from the endearing Eiffel Tower, Filipinos can renew the Philippine Passport in France in two ways.
Option #1: You can renew the passport at the Philippine Embassy in Paris.
Option #2: You can also wait for the announcement on the website about the Consular Outreach Mission. Appointment is required. The Mission will go to different locations to provide consular services.

Passport Renewal at the Philippine Embassy in Paris, France
Step 1: Go to the Embassy and bring the complete requirements.
- Accomplished e-Passport application form
- Original Philippine passport
- Photocopy of the passport’s data page
- Fee: EUR 54.00 (cash only)
Check the additional requirements for married women, dual citizens, minor, first-time applicants, and those who have lost their passport.
Step 2: Check online the status of the passport application. The Embassy will post the list of applicants whose passport is ready to be released.
Step 3: Claim the e-Passport at the Philippine Embassy in France and bring the requirements depending on who will get the passport.

Passport Claim by Authorized Person
- Applicant’s old passport
- Official receipt
- Authorization letter
- Photocopy of the passport or valid ID of the authorized representative

Passport Renewal at the Consular Outreach Mission
The steps in renewing the passport through the Consular Outreach are the same if you would do it in the Philippine Embassy but with few additions.
Step 1: Check the schedule of the Consular Outreach Mission in different locations in France.
Step 2: Send through email (parispe.outreach@gmail.com) the e-Passport application form and other requirements (refer to Step 1 of passport renewal in the Embassy). Scan the documents and attached it to the email.
Step 3: Check for the response via email of the Philippine Embassy in Paris. You will be informed if the application is incomplete or not. For those with complete requirements, you’ll receive the schedule.
Step 4: Arrive at least 15 minutes in advance with complete requirements including a self-addressed, pre-paid, registered envelopes (Avec Recommande) to receive the new passport through mail.
