How to Renew Philippine Passport in Brunei

To renew the Philippine passport at the Philippine Embassy in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei, personal appearance is required.

Step 1: Go to the Embassy and bring the complete requirements.

  1. Accomplished e-Passport application form
  2. Original Philippine passport
  3. Photocopy of the passport’s data page
  4. Original Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) authenticated documents that will support the change of name (if applicable)
    • Marriage Contract or Report of Marriage
    • Annotated Birth Certificate
    • Annotated Marriage Contract to show annulment/divorce/court ordered instruction
    • Death Certificate of Spouse
  5. Fee: BND 90.00

Dress appropriately and AVOID wearing the following:

  1. Official receipt
  2. Old passport for cancellation

Passport Claim by Authorized Person

  1. Special Power of Attorney (SPA) executed by the applicant stating the reasons for his/her failure to personally claim the e-Passport
  2. Copy of IC of passport applicant
